Finish your application by completing these two steps:
1. Please download, read and sign the Live Learn Leadership Agreement and Release. Once you have signed, please send to livelearnleadership@aifs.org.
2. Submit your payment information. To reserve a space on the program, $400 is due with the application ($100 application fee and $300 deposit).
